This series is meant to be an inviting doorway into the work I offer. I’ll share the foundations of each healing approach, explain how it supports the body and nervous system, and leave space for questions and conversation.
Most of all, these classes are a chance for us to connect, so you can see if working together in a more personal way in a more personal way feels like a good fit, either in person or virtually.

We’ll end with time for questions and conversation, along with information on how to schedule a private session if you’d like additional support. This is simply an invitation to explore what might be helpful for you moving forward.
