Nice to Meet You
I’m Alicia Rae — a holistic health and trauma-informed coach with over 20 years of experience supporting people whose health, stress levels, or sense of well-being feels off, often after being told there are no clear answers.
My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. Early in adulthood, I found myself needing to recover from long term stress, the effects of ongoing childhood trauma, and complex health challenges that were not fully resolved by conventional approaches. In my twenties, a severe health reaction led to widespread allergies and chronic illness, and again later in life I faced a serious illness which deepened my understanding of how closely stress, emotional strain, and physical health are connected.
Long before holistic care became more widely recognized, I immersed myself in learning. I studied nutrition, nervous system health, trauma sensitive practices, and functional approaches to wellness, always looking for ways to support real healing in everyday life. Over time, I developed a practical, integrative way of supporting my clients that focused on restoring balance, rebuilding resilience, in ways that actually fit their lives.
That path led me to formal training in holistic health, food as medicine, nutrition, herbalism, clinical aromatherapy, somatic practices, art therapy, and transformational coaching. Today, I work in a calm, curious, judgement-free, and supportive way, helping people understand what their bodies are communicating so they can move forward at a pace that feels attuned, meaningful and effective.
A brief conversation to explore what’s been going on and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
For those who feel ready to go deeper, I also offer coaching support that focuses on recognizing patterns, rebuilding self-trust, and making powerful, organic changes that support growth and a more aligned life — without pressure or force.
At Arizona Holistics, I support people in restoring balance in their body, their emotions, and their daily lives, starting wherever they feel most out of balance.
