Endure NO More
You are not too much. You are carrying too much.
Endure No More is a space for people healing from narcissistic abuse, patriarchal conditioning, religious harm, coercive control, and the deep exhaustion of living in survival mode for too long. This work is about coming back to yourself gently, honestly, and without shame.
A trauma-aware space for clarity, nervous system support, and rebuilding from the inside out.
There comes a point when surviving is no longer enough.
When you have spent years walking on eggshells, second-guessing your own thoughts, or being told—directly or subtly—that your feelings are wrong, too much, or selfish… it begins to take a toll in ways that are hard to explain.
You may find yourself constantly over-explaining, apologizing, or trying to get it “right” so you don’t upset anyone. You may feel anxious for no clear reason, struggle to make decisions, or doubt your own memory and perception of what actually happened.
If you’ve come out of a controlling relationship, narcissistic dynamic, or a rigid religious environment, you may also feel guilt for questioning things, fear around trusting yourself, or a quiet sense that you’ve lost connection with who you really are.
From the outside, you may still look capable, strong, and put together.
Inside, you may feel worn down, confused, invisible, or disconnected from your own voice.
Endure No More was created for that moment.
This is a space for those who are ready to stop explaining away harm, stop abandoning themselves to keep the peace, and begin rebuilding a life that feels steady, honest, and their own.
Who is this For?
This space may be for you if you are:
Recovering from narcissistic abuse or chronic emotional manipulation
Leaving or questioning a high-control religious or patriarchal environment.
Struggling with the effects of trauma, CPTSD, chronic stress, or emotional shutdown
Learning to trust your own perception again
Trying to rebuild boundaries, self-worth, and inner safety
Exhausted from being strong for too long
You do not need to have all the language for what happened in order to begin healing.
What This Support Can Help With?
Through Endure No More, we focus on gentle but grounded support for the real effects of long-term emotional harm.
This may include:
Nervous system regulation and stress recovery
Making sense of confusion, gaslighting, and trauma responses
Rebuilding self-trust and learning to listen to your inner knowing
Boundary support and decision-making clarity
Processing identity loss after abuse, control, or indoctrination
Creating daily practices that support stability, safety, and healing
Reconnecting with your own voice, values, and personal power
This work is not about pushing you faster than your system can go. It is about helping you come back into alignment with yourself in a way that feels safe, supported, and sustainable.
Alicia’s Approach
My work is compassionate, intuitive, and trauma-aware. I understand that healing is not linear, and that many people coming out of controlling or abusive systems have learned to override their own bodies, instincts, and needs just to survive.
In our work together, I offer a grounded space where you can begin to untangle what is yours, what was imposed on you, and what healing may look like in your real life.
I bring a whole-person approach that honors the connection between body, mind, spirit, and lived experience. This is not about fixing you. It is about supporting your return to yourself.

FAQ’s
Is this therapy?
No. My work is supportive, educational, and coaching-based. It does not replace licensed mental health care, diagnosis, or therapy.
Do I need to be fully out of the relationship or situation to work with you?
No. Many people begin support while still sorting out what is happening and what they want to do next.
Is this only for people leaving religion?
No. Endure No More supports a wider healing journey that may include narcissistic abuse, coercive control, patriarchal harm, religious trauma, and trauma recovery.
Can this include spiritual support?
Yes, if that feels aligned for you. Spiritual support is offered in a grounded, compassionate way and is not fortune-telling.
