We will look at gentle ways to support steadier energy, appetite cues, and metabolic balance without restriction or pressure.

We will discuss your success and failures with dieting and open the floor for you to join a weight loss and blood sugar management group. Your weight and blood sugar should be easy to manage daily with an enjoyable manageable lifestyle routine that is satisfying, and healing to your system.

The focus is on understanding your body’s signals and building small, sustainable supports that feel realistic and kind to your system. Food is medicine, food is delicious and a true pleasure and your should be able to enjoy it AND your health.

This 90 minute class is educational and experiential, with simple reflections and gentle awareness practices woven throughout. You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels most supportive, including listening quietly or engaging at your own pace. No prior experience is required, and all bodies and backgrounds are welcome.
