Before the center opens, I’m hosting an 8-session Winter Wellness Series (February 2026-March 2026) to help you get to know me and explore the kinds of support you’ll find here. Wednesdays | 1:00–2:30 p.m.

Restorative Yoga & Fitness Over 55

This class is designed to support strength, mobility, balance, and overall well being in a way that feels steady, safe, and sustainable. We focus on gentle movement, simple strengthening, breath awareness, and joint friendly practices that help the body stay resilient and comfortable over time.

Rather than pushing or overexertion, the emphasis is on listening to your body, improving functional movement, and building confidence in everyday activities such as walking, standing, reaching, and maintaining balance. The class offers options and adaptations so you can move in a way that respects your current capacity while still supporting gradual progress.

This session is supportive, approachable, and focused on helping you stay active, capable, and connected to your body as it changes through the years.
