Before the center opens, I’m hosting an 8-session Winter Wellness Series (February 2026-March 2026) to help you get to know me and explore the kinds of support you’ll find here. Wednesdays | 1:00–2:30 p.m.

This class explores how meditation supports emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and overall mental well-being. You’ll learn how different styles of meditation influence stress response, mood, focus, and resilience, and how to choose practices that feel supportive rather than overwhelming.

We’ll gently explore breath awareness, body awareness, and simple grounding practices that can be used in everyday life. The emphasis is on creating safety in the body first, building consistency slowly, and learning how to work with your nervous system instead of pushing against it.

This class is ideal for anyone looking to improve emotional stability, reduce stress and anxiety, strengthen focus, or develop a more supportive relationship with their inner experience.

This session offers practical education alongside gentle experiential practice. No prior meditation experience is needed. All practices are adaptable for seated or supported positions, and participation is always optional. The focus is on building tools that feel accessible, calming, and sustainable for daily life.
