Before the center opens, I’m hosting an 8-session Winter Wellness Series (February 2026-March 2026) to help you get to know me and explore the kinds of support you’ll find here. Wednesdays | 1:00–2:30 p.m.

Living in a body shaped by chronic stress or trauma can make everyday life feel harder than it needs to be. This class offers a compassionate, practical introduction to understanding how stress, anxiety, and nervous system patterns influence your thoughts, emotions, energy, and physical well being.

Rather than focusing on what is “wrong,” we explore what your body has learned to do in order to stay safe, and how those patterns can gently shift over time. You’ll learn how the nervous system responds to stress, why certain reactions persist long after danger has passed, and how simple, supportive practices can help restore a sense of steadiness and choice.

This session emphasizes safety, pacing, and self trust. Everything is offered in a way that honors your capacity in the moment, with options to participate quietly, reflect, or simply absorb what feels useful. The goal is not to push change, but to create conditions where resilience, clarity, and ease can naturally grow.

This 90 minute class blends education, nervous system awareness, and gentle self regulation practices to help you better understand your own stress patterns and responses. We’ll explore how chronic stress and trauma shape the body and brain, how regulation supports emotional stability and resilience, and how small, supportive shifts can create meaningful change over time. You’ll leave with practical tools you can begin using right away, along with a clearer understanding of how to work with your nervous system rather than against it. No prior experience is needed. Participation is always optional and paced with care.
