Education is always part of the process, so you understand why something is being suggested and can feel confident making informed choices for yourself.

Selections are made thoughtfully, based on how your body responds to stress, your health history, and what is realistic for you to use in daily life. These supports are not used in isolation, but woven into your overall plan so they work alongside nutrition, nervous system care, and coaching.
