Many of the people I support live with chronic stress, nervous system overload, or the long-term effects of trauma — often alongside physical symptoms that don’t seem to have clear answers.

My approach integrates functional medicine with holistic, trauma-aware care, focusing on root causes while supporting the whole system — body, mind, and nervous system — at a pace that feels safe and realistic.

My philosophy is simple. Your body and your life are deeply connected, and lasting change comes from listening to both.
I draw from holistic health, the power of food as medicine, and the thoughtful, evidence based use of supplements, herbs, and essential oils, along with body based practices and coaching, to support your whole system, not just isolated symptoms. Together, we focus on building steadiness, understanding what may be contributing to ongoing stress or imbalance, and making changes that feel realistic and supportive in your everyday life.
I believe healing is most powerful when education, lived experience, intuition, and compassionate care work together, and when change is allowed to happen at a pace that feels right for you.
